Invest In Boracay and Experience Beachfront Living In a Tropical Paradise

Boracay is growing at a high-speed rate, and properties there sell like hotcakes, especially those near the beach. Boracay property investment is the growing trend on the island.

It’s no wonder because Boracay has consistently marked its name among the best beach tourist destinations globally, alongside Bali, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Brazil, and Spain. Unlike other destinations like Phuket in Thailand, Boracay Beach is not yet as crowded, and the services are relatively cheaper than those in other places. An island is also a conducive place for ex-pats, many of which have a condo in Boracay, especially considering that it is here where you can experience the famous Filipino hospitality.

It is also predicted that Boracay will continue to become a trendy place and a top tourist destination based on the number of people who have come here and have personally experienced a unique kind of adventure and vacation.

What Construction Projects Are Taking Place On Boracay?

Many projects are on-going like the five international and local hotels that will stand within the Boracay Newcoast. It is expected that 1,500 rooms will be added to the accommodation offerings of the island.

Sol Marina Resorts will also be opened in Boracay soon, as revealed by Ambassador Alfredo M. Yap. It will be built at Punta Bunga Cove in Barangay Yapak of the island and managed by the Summit Hotel and Resort Specialist, Inc.

Aside from that, a 134-luxury apartment that has a beachfront setting is another property for sale in Boracay called Aqua Boracay. It is designed by the Yoo design studio in the Philippines.

“The international market and local markets are looking at Boracay as an investment not just for capital gains but rental prospects,” said Marco Biggiogero, chairman of Aqua Boracay by Yoo.

If you are interested in Boracay property investment, you can choose from among those for sale like the Monaco Suites de Boracay with unit prices starting at P9 million. There is also the Baling Hai Shambala Apartments, which looks over Shangrila Hotel and the White Beach.
